Brian Jackson

Brian Jackson is a man who does what it takes to get the job done.  At 16, he fathered a child and dropped out of school in Texas to provide for his son.  It wasn’t his first choice but Brian took responsibility and stepped up.  He went through training to become an electrician and in a year and more to apprentice, finally became a master electrician and began making good money.  It’s one of the things he loves about this country – that a guy who didn’t finish high school could find a trade, work hard and succeed. That’s why the 2020 election bothered him so much.  The winner did not work hard to get there – in fact he barely showed up to his own rallies, and also, Brian felt, he got there by cheating.

Brian was at the capital on January 6th 2021. That is established fact to which Brian and his brother willingly admit.  But other than that, the Capital police, FBI and other law enforcement entities say one thing while Brian says another.  Police claim that the 42-year-old patriot and his younger brother Adam, both from Katy, Texas, assaulted, impeded officers and most severe, hurled a flag pole and riot shield at police and FBI agents which is considered assault. The brothers tell a different story.

They deny the charges and claim that the photographic evidence is weak at best as you cannot tell one person from another in the crowd.  Then there’s even the language used!  Government officials called it a ‘riot’ while others call it a peaceful, lawful demonstration that turned violent only after police decided to use military style tactics against the crowd. The aggressive use of tear gas, flash bangs and rubber bullets to quell the crowd did just the opposite. It angered Brian and everyone else, that law enforcement, whom they’ve collectively support all their lives, were now treating them as ‘the enemy’.  There is also evidence from several reputable sources that say there were in fact FBI agitators in the crowd that day, dressed in street clothes.

Brian went back to Katy, Texas, a southern suburb of Houston, and started back to his day-to-day life.  But a year and a half later, police came knocking. Actually, they didn’t knock… according to his wife, Tamara Perryman, “On June 7th 2022, the federal government kidnapped my husband Brian Jackson because he went to our capitol on Jan 6th. He didn’t enter any buildings or assault any officer’s however he is being persecuted as if he is a terrorist for being there. This is the case for hundreds of other defendants from that day. Our confidence in the justice system is zero, as is our confidence in our public defender’s desire to defend Brian.”  Later that day Brian was arraigned in the federal Southern District Court of Texas

Tamara boldly expressed what the most of families of all J6 prisoners are feeling… the aggressive prosecutions of these men and women was unamerican and unfair. It’s about as close to taking political prisoners in those banana republics, countries know for tyrannical overstepping on a regular basis.   Court documents tell a very different story; Brian and Adam Jackson are charged in the District of Columbia with assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers, civil disorder, and related offenses. According to court documents, the Jacksons were among rioters illegally on the grounds of the Capitol on Jan. 6. At approximately 5 p.m. that day, they assaulted a line of law enforcement officers outside of the tunnel area of the Lower West Terrace. Brian Jackson hurled a flagpole at officers. Adam Jackson hurled a large red or orange object at officers and then charged at the line of officers with what appeared to be a U.S. Capitol Police riot shield.

Not only did the Fed’s allegedly lie on the stand for a quick conviction, but the system as a whole seems stacked against them. Many of the J6 protestors were blue collar men who do not have the means to hire an attorney.  So as with any legal proceeding, the judge has to offer a court appointed lawyer to help out the accused.  According to Tamara, “Defense attorneys are giving poor advice and suckering people into taking bogus plea deals. These ‘deals’ are anything but!” Tamara went on to say, “The goal of the federal government as it pertains to J6 defendants is to ruin every aspect of their lives!”

However, the defense team did argue that the Brian and his brother may not be the same men that the FBI was looking for when the agency released photos. The photos they claimed to be of the pair but was not verified. They pointed out that more than 20 friends and family submitted letters to the court, pleading for Brian and Adam to be released as nothing was proven. All that was offered was circumstantial evidence and testimony suspected to be tainting.  To help Brian and Tamara with his expenses while incarcerated.
