The mission of American POWs is to raise awareness of US citizens imprisoned for their political beliefs. During the Vietnam War, Americans wore the bracelet of one prisoner until that prisoner was released.  Today, by wearing this bracelet, you are signifying support for this one prisoner.  You can pray for them, write them, advocate to your representatives for them, donate to them…help them until the day they are released
